Shipping policy

We currently provide shipping to the UK ONLY.

Standard HERMES Delivery : £3.29 3-5 Working Days

Standard Delivery Royal Mail : £3.99 3-5 Working Days

Express Delivery Royal Mail : £4.50 1-2 Working Days

The cut off point for same day dispatch is 11am, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Please understand that we aim to dispatch parcels as soon as we can, however in some circumstances we may have a back log of orders to fulfil. Please be patient as we work through them individually. Please also understand that the delivery time frames above are just for packages once in transit. Our working days are Monday-Friday. We do not dispatch any orders over the weekend. 

If you order after 11am on Friday, your order will be dispatched the following Monday. 

Please calculate all delivery services in working days, our courier does not deliver on national/bank holidays/weekends and orders will also not be dispatched on these days.

The dispatch time frames above are estimations from Royal Mail & HERMES, Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay via email using the details given when placing the order.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.

COLLECTION SERVICE

We do also offer a Collection Service if you are in Northampton (NN5). Please use the code COLLECT as your discount code at checkout to deduct the postage charge, and then email us at chicbeautyboutique@yahoo.com to arrange for your collection and address details.
